Delivery Information

Elite Supplement’s employees work Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm MST. All orders are shipped directly from our office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Unless otherwise indicated on, we have all products stocked, on hand at our office, ready for immediate shipment.


Fulfillment of orders will be processed in the order they are received. Stock levels are updated in real-time on the website, so if you see availability of a product as ‘in-stock’ on the website, we have it ready to immediately ship from our office.


While we make every effort to immediately ship orders, natural disasters, family events, employee sickness/shortages, may occur in very rare instances. Our company policy is for all orders to be processed and delivered to the post office within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee 1 business day shipping, but in the event that your order will take longer than 2 business days to ship, we will contact you immediately via email and phone to notify you of the delay.

Federal holidays and updated events or absences announced ahead of time on our website will not be considered a ‘business day’ for the purposes of this policy.


We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail, with no exceptions. All orders will have a tracking number available, and we will provide a tracking number upon request. Typical delivery times for USPS Priority mail are 2 to 3 business days, depending on your proximity to New Mexico. We ask that you wait 3 or 4 days before emailing us to request tracking information, as responding to emails and fulfilling orders can become cumbersome for a small business.

Keep in mind, USPS will occasionally suffer delays from time to time, and we cannot be responsible for USPS actual shipping and delivery times. Once USPS takes possession of your properly addressed and stamped package, we forego any further liability.


All orders are insured for up to $50.00, included in the price of your order. If the extremely rare occurrence of USPS losing your package occurs, we will assist in filing an insurance claim. Once USPS marks your package as ‘delivered’ we are not liable for theft, misdelivery, or any other sort of non-receipt allegations. All complaints should be handled with your local mail carrier and/or USPS office.
